The 12th Annual Byron Nelson Golf Outing for Education was held June 9, 2008 at Heatherwoode Golf Club in Springboro, Ohio. The weather was great because, as usual Dan Tomo said it would be. With a cooling breeze most of the day, it helped the winning team of Robert Pinnick of Standridge Color Corp. and team mates Bill Norman, Robby Farmer, and Pat Mahoney shoot a 60. To this years competition we added Mulligans and team skins with an Eagle 3 on #4, Birdie 3 on #6, Birdie 2 on #8, and Birdie 3’s on #13 & # 18.

Longest Drives were Ron Gregory on #9 and Steve Kelsey on #18. We missed Ken Lewis this year on the course, he had too much work to do to join us, but helped with the Golf Committee work by making the pairing list for us. Thanks Ken, sorry we missed you.

Closest to the pin on #3 was Shawn Jackson, #8 Dan Tomo, #12 Dwight Prince, and #17 Terry McElfresh.
