MVSPE Board Meeting Minutes - Nov 2007

In attendance: Tom Schmidt, Greg Andersen, Josh Ullrich, Tony Hoog, Micky Brandon, Dennis Richmond, Bob Strickley.

Not in Attendance: Don Keyes, Becky Hoffman, Bob Rajkovich, and Dan Tomo.

The board meeting was called to order that 3:25 p.m. by Josh Ullrich.

Financial review: Tom Schmidt, past accounts receivable and payables are being reconciled. Income tax filing is due on November 15 for year ending June 30, 2007.
A subcommittee meeting will be held to finalize the accounts prior to the IRS filing.
This meeting will be held on Monday the 12th of November at 3:00 p.m.

Review of October 4 board meeting minutes: Moved by Greg Andersen to adopt. Seconded by Dennis Richmond.

House and program: Tony Hoog. Saturday, December 8 the next meeting at the engineers club in Dayton Ohio. This is a new date for this meeting. The fee will be $30 per person. We need to communicate this to the membership. Micky Brandon will help with this communication.

The January meeting is set for the seventh. Announcements will follow. The February meeting date still needs to be set.

Tony Hoog moves to adjourn the meeting seconded by Tom Schmidt vote passes unanimously.
